Ricky is a survivor, a servant‑leader, and the architect of Sanctuary Without Walls. After overcoming years of addiction, incarceration, and homelessness, he now uses his story to bring hope, healing, and truth to the broken. Ricky serves the unhoused, the addicted, and the discouraged through real conversations, street‑level ministry, and statewide advocacy. His lived experience fuels his passion to challenge harmful systems, build bridges, and fight for dignity for every person.

Nichol Galloway.
Director of Community Care
Nichol has spent over a decade leading in the childcare field, including two years as a daycare director, and continues to serve in assisted living with five years of experience. Her background gives her a deep understanding of family needs, vulnerable populations, and the importance of safe, compassionate environments. She strengthens our ministry with her steady leadership and heart for people.

April Nebinger.
Outreach & Advocacy Lead
April brings a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and hands‑on experience serving the unhoused community through her work at Humility Homes. Her heart for justice, compassion, and practical support makes her a powerful voice within Sanctuary Without Walls. April bridges systems and humanity, helping our ministry meet people where they are with dignity, safety, and hope.

Youth Care & Support Assistant
At just 18 years old, Ryan carries a heart far beyond his years. After overcoming his own struggles, he now pours compassion into serving the elderly, where he has worked for two years. His resilience, kindness, and willingness to show up for others make him a powerful example of what transformation looks like in the next generation.
